Next Day Shipping on Stocked Items
You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some good(s) on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order(s).
If this occurs, RAPP Australia Pty Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to either source the good(s), or contact you within ten (10) Business Days to either arrange a full or partial refund, or change your order(s) to replace the good(s) with a comparable product in a similar price range (where available) as agreed with you, or come to an alternative arrangement. Free Freight for Website Orders over $1,000.00
Free freight applies if an online (website) order is equivalent to or over $1,000.00 before shipping has been applied – subject to RAPP Australia’s discretion.
A RAPP Australia member will contact you if any additional delivery fees will be required. If you do not want to pay this extra fee, your online order will be fully refunded.
Shipping and Handling Costs & Bulk Items
The prices on display do not include shipping and handling costs. These costs will be shown at the end of the shopping process and will depend on the delivery address, the delivery method, as well as weight and size of the product.
Shipping prices are automatically added to the total based on your geographic location, so if you are buying in bulk or have a large number of items, please select the “Request a Quote” option so that we can make sure you get the best price possible.
Shipping Address Error
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised online after the order has been placed successfully. So please make certain that the shipping address you provide is the correct address you what your order to go to.
If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us on (03) 5284 0901 to inform us of your new address before your order is shipped out.
If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to pay a redelivery fee to receive your order. This same fee will apply if we have to cancel your delivery because of an incorrect shipping address.
If the order has not been shipped and your shipping address requires changing, we will change it free of charge.
Picking Your Order Up from RAPP Australia’s Office
You will not be charge for shipping if you choose to pick up your order from our office. To select this option, please choose ‘Pick Up’ as your delivery method at the time of checkout.
A RAPP Australia Pty Ltd representative will be in contact with you during our business hours within 24 business hours of your purchase, to discuss the time and date for the collection of your order. Please do not collect your order until we have informed you that it is ready for collection.

Registered Post or a Courier Service
Goods will be delivered to you by a courier of RAPP Australia Pty Ltd’s choosing, unless clearly stated otherwise by you, during the purchasing process (this may occur additional costs).
Our most common method of shipping includes (but not limited to):
If goods are sent using Registered Post or a Courier service they will only be sent to addresses where the purchaser signs for delivery. It is a good idea to enter a delivery address at which someone will be present to accept the goods at this time; for example your workplace. If you are not at home or at work when the delivery representative calls, they will leave a card in your or works letterbox to advise you. RAPP Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for delivery times.
Please Note: You can also check your shipping status at any time under the “my account” and “my orders” sections when you login as a member to the website.
Shipping cost may occur additional charges if you want the goods delivered by express post, or if the size of the goods is larger or weighs more.
If goods are required to be redelivered, because access issues, refusal to sign, or limitations for making delivery, or incorrect shipping address you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery. Any returns due to you changing your mind about your purchase will also attract associated fees including a redelivery fee and admin fee.
Where delivery cannot take place due to insufficient identification, or if there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the delivery address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, a calling card will be left in your letterbox informing you about the incomplete delivery and where to pick your parcels up from a local office. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.
Authority to Leave
If you select the ‘Authority to leave’ option while checking out, we will leave your order on your doorstep even if no one is around to receive it.
Please note in this case RAPP Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after they have been dropped off.
If you choose to use your own courier, then RAPP Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged deliveries after the package has been received from your courier or once it has left our dispatch area.
By choosing your own courier you will occur any costs associated with the delivery of your order.
